Briarwood Day Camp, located in scenic Bucks County, is the perfect venue for your company picnic. Our 30 beautiful acres of fields, pools and tree-lined shade has left many organizations returning year after year.

We hope that the many options we offer will excite you as well as leave you imagining how wonderful your company event can be. We fill the needs and wants of all age groups. Young children and adults alike will experience a fun filled action packed day that will be discussed by the water cooler for weeks on end.

The Event

We make it easy!

Our company picnics are 5 hours.
All picnics include swimming, boating, mini-golf, volleyball, basketball, tennis, softball, wiffleball, soccer, fishing, gaga and more. We provide the lifeguards and the food servers. We have sports equipment for you to use or you can bring your own. Our fishing is catch and release. Please bring your own fishing equipment.
Most groups eat in our shaded picnic area but you can eat in our indoor dining space if you’d like.
We have an outdoor amphitheater for speeches, group presentations or other audience participation events.
We have a playground for young kids and other indoor spaces which can be used in case of inclement weather.

All food is served on white paper goods and coordinates perfectly with our creatively displayed picnic motif and presentation. The main buffet will be open for 2 hours of continuous service and dessert will be offered shortly thereafter. This gives your guests an opportunity to eat at their leisure and not miss out on the events taking place in our beautiful facilities. Prior to your event, you will meet with our events coordinator to help assist you in customizing the perfect schedule. We charge less for kids 10 and under because – hey – it’s more fair that way.

Alcoholic Beverages

Briarwood is prohibited by law from serving alcohol but you may bring your own. We do not allow glass bottles. Cans and kegs are welcome!

Please do not drink and drive. We want you to get home safely.

Deposits and Guarantee

A $750.00 deposit with your signed contract will hold your date. We require a guarantee of 100 guests and require a final number of guests at least 4 days prior to your event so we can plan accordingly and help make your event a huge success.

Packages

Fun on the Bun BBQ

Adults $33.50 pp. Children $27 pp.

Upon arrival a display of chips, salsa, vegetables, dips and mini-soft pretzels will be offered to your guests to munch on.

Followed by a 2-hour buffet consisting of:

Hamburgers & Cheeseburgers
Veggie burgers
Hot dogs
Choice of pasta salad or potato salad
Chips
All-you-can-drink soft drinks, bug juice & water
Ice cream

The Cowboy Cookout

Adults $45 pp. Children $37.50 pp.

Upon arrival a display of chips, salsa, vegetables, dips and mini-soft pretzels will be offered to your guests to munch on.
