Meet Lizzie Gottlieb!
Lizzie is getting ready to join us for her 9th summer at Briarwood Day Camp. Lizzie began attending Briarwood when she was 9 and has been with us ever since.
Lizzie is a senior at Council Rock North High School and she’ll be attending Syracuse University’s Newhouse School of Public Communications in the fall. We asked her a few questions.
Q. What’s your favorite thing about camp?
A. My favorite thing about Briarwood is the strong community amongst the counselors and seeing life-long friendships made between campers.
Q. What’s your favorite camp food?
A. I am a big fan of the potato pancakes!
Q. What is your favorite camp activity?
A. My favorite camp activity is the egg toss and water balloon toss during Color War. It’s lots of fun and everyone gets to participate!
Q. What’s your favorite winter activity?
A. I love drinking hot chocolate.
Q. If you were an animal, what would you be?
A. If I were an animal I would be a bunny because I am strong-willed and have lots of energy.
Q. What’s something that people don’t know about you?
A. Most people don’t know that I’m in an a cappella group at my school.
Q. If someone wrote a book about your life, what would it be called?
A. Sing Loud and Proud!
Q. Anything else that the world should know?
A. I can’t wait for another fun-filled summer!
